ADCCIA, in its preparation for the future have identified steps to develop entrepreneurs and MSMEs in several key industries in Anuradhapura district

• Value additions to the product and product life cycles in several sectors, particularly the dairy sector
• Maintaining focus on core businesses to garner success.
• Provide members with qualitative information on businesses, products and markets
• District Business Advocacy Forum to be replicated in other districts
• To establish Mini-Enterprise Fora in each AGA division in the district
• Identifying how well the chamber can assist different enterprises.
• Providing technical training and assisting technology transfer
